Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no charge.

We use 925 sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold-plated brass, genuine gemstones (including moss agate and moissanite), and lab-grown crystals. All metals are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
