Choose the delivery service that suits you best at checkout. Every package is fully trackable and handled by reliable U.S. carriers. The moment your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
Processing Time
- Non-personalized pieces (including moss agate and moissanite): shipped within 2–3 business days
- Personalized pieces (engraving, photo, names or birthstones): 1–2 business days of order processing, then 3–5 business days of production — up to 4–7 business days before dispatch in the longest case. Many of our best sellers are made and shipped within 1–2 business days; we state the longest case so you can plan with confidence.
Door to door, that is about 9–15 business days for non-personalized pieces and up to 19 business days for personalized pieces in the longest case.
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll ship everything together once the final piece is ready.
