Every parcel is fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves our workshop you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
Processing Time
- Average: 1–2 business days
- Ready-to-ship favorites: shipped within 1–2 business days
- Engraved or custom pieces: 5–7 business days production time
If your order contains multiple items, everything is shipped together once the final piece is ready.

Transit time begins once your order has been shipped. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may arise during shipment.

Total delivery time = processing time + production time + transit time.
