A small round disc with both names written across it in a fine script, and two birthstones hanging in front of the disc from the same ring.

The disc is 17.5 mm - a little under three quarters of an inch - with a softly domed face and a mirror finish. The names sit on the lower half in a flowing handwriting script with a small solid heart between them. Above them, threaded onto the same jump ring, is a two-stone charm: two pear-cut simulated birthstones set tip to tip so they read as one heart, resting against the top of the disc and moving slightly as you do. The chain is a slim cable that adjusts from 45 to 50 cm.
