Three hearts nested one inside the next: a big polished outline, a pave heart inside it, and a small solid heart curled at the center. Two birthstones sit on the pave heart, one name goes on each side of the outer band.

The outer heart is broad, softly domed and mirror polished, and it is the engraving surface - the first name runs down the upper left band, the second along the lower right, both in a fine script. Inside it the second heart is set all the way round with small clear cubic zirconia, and the two round simulated birthstones break that line at the bottom, one on the left and one on the right in three-prong settings. The innermost heart is a single polished curl that spirals into the middle. The pendant is 25 mm across and 24 mm tall on a cable chain adjusting from 45 to 50 cm.
