An infinity symbol threaded through an open heart, sitting sideways in the chain rather than hanging from it. Both names go on the infinity, the date goes on the heart.
The piece is a connector: the chain attaches at either end, so the 27 mm design lies flat across the hollow of the throat. The heart is set with small clear cubic zirconia all along its upper left and lower edge and stays open in the middle. The infinity loops out to the left and passes through it, and its wide polished band carries the two names stacked with a small heart between them. A round simulated birthstone sits on the upper curve of the infinity and a second one where the loops cross. The lower right band of the heart is left plain for your date. The chain adjusts from 45 to 50 cm.
